Privacy declaration

Who is responsible?

Leadgency Marketing B.V. is the ‘Processing Manager’ in the sense of the AVG for the processing of personal data of clients in the following situations:

– Processing of personal data of visitors of SurveyWorld, part of Leadgency Marketing B.V. website(s);

– The processing of personal data that you provide to Leadgency Marketing B.V. in the context of your registration via the website.

– The processing of personal data in the context of the client relationship with Leadgency Marketing B.V. or potential clients with whom Leadgency Marketing B.V. has been in contact or wishes to contact;

– The processing of personal data of recipients of promotions, newsletters and commercial e-mails from Leadgency Marketing B.V.;

– The processing of all other personal data relating to persons who contact Leadgency Marketing B.V. or those of who Leadgency Marketing B.V. processes personal data.

What kind of personal data does Leadgency Marketing B.V. process?

Leadgency Marketing B.V. processes personal data that you yourself provided to Leadgency Marketing B.V., personal data generated during your visit to the website and / or reading newsletters and / or personal data that Leadgency Marketing B.V. was allowed to derive from other sources, such as business Social Media platforms. – Executing an agreement in which you have issued an order to Leadgency Marketing B.V. to provide our services.

– Conducting and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.

Grounds of the processing of personal data

Leadgency Marketing B.V. processes the personal data on the basis of one of the legal grounds mentioned in article 6 paragraph 1 AVG. The following grounds are specifically applicable:

If we have requested your consent to process your personal data and you have given your consent, you will always have the right to withdraw this consent.

– Execution of the agreement
If you give us an order to deliver our services, we process personal data if and to the extent that this is necessary for the execution of the order.

– Legal obligation

– Legitimate interest
For example, Leadgency Marketing B.V. uses your contact information to keep you informed via newsletters and commercial emails.

Processors

Leadgency Marketing B.V. uses service providers (processors) to process personal data, that process this personal data on behalf of Leadgency Marketing B.V. Leadgency Marketing B.V. concludes a processor agreement with these processors, that meets the requirements of the AVG.

For example, Leadgency Marketing B.V. works with ICT service providers that provide software (software as a service) or hosting services. Share personal data with third parties

Leadgency Marketing B.V. retains personal data it processes no longer than is necessary for the purpose of the processing or is required by law.

Leadgency Marketing B.V. ensures appropriate security of the personal data that it holds, in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines.

Questions or complaints?

Every person can exercise certain rights with respect to his or her personal data on the basis of the AVG. In certain cases, you have the right to inspect, rectify and delete personal data. You may also object in certain cases to the use of your data or request that this use be restricted. In certain cases you can even request your data and take it to another party. We have not permitted Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.
